PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a communication terminal which can recognize call termination from the same terminal having a known telephone number even if a destination originates a call using an unknown telephone number different from the known telephone number. SOLUTION: When an origination message, which is prepared by adding second originator identification information known to a destination to first originator identification information unknown to a destination, is delivered from a mobile telephone 10 on the origination side, a mobile telephone 10 on the reception side receives it as a call termination message. If address book data including the first originator identification information extracted from the call termination message is not registered in an address book (address book storage section 102a) and address book data including the second originator identification information extracted from the call termination message is registered in the address book, call termination from the same terminal having a known telephone number is specified with reference to the address book data including the second originator identification information.
