PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic optical fiber sensor which can measure a distribution of incident intensity of light with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A plastic optical fiber sensor 10 includes: a single-core plastic optical fiber strand bundle 12; a first end 14 where one end of the single-core plastic optical fiber strand bundle 12 is bundled with a sea resin; a second end 16 where the other end of the single-core plastic optical fiber strand bundle 12 is bundled with the sea resin; and at least one branched single-core plastic optical fiber strand 18 branched from the single-core plastic optical fiber strand bundle 12, between the first end 14 and the second end 16.
