PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element fixing device capable of easily adjusting an angle of an optical element, a projector including the optical element fixing device, and an angle adjustment method of the optical element by the optical element fixing device.SOLUTION: An optical element fixing device includes: an optical element support body 520 for supporting the optical element; and a fixing frame 510 connected to the optical element support body 520. The optical element support body 520 includes: a support part 521 for supporting the optical element; an inclination angle adjustment part 522 protruding at the back surface of the support part 521; and a substrate part 523 which is connected to the support part 521 by a thin wall part 524 and has a reference columnar part 525 performing positioning to the fixing frame 510. The fixing frame 510 includes: a positioning hole in which the reference column part 525 is inserted; a fixing screw hole which is made a long hole with the positioning hole as a center in the vicinity of the positioning hole and fixing the substrate part 523 to the fixing frame 510; and an adjustment hole which is made a long hole with the positioning hole as the center in the vicinity of the positioning hole and making an adjustment screw which is screwed into the inclination angle adjustment part penetrate.
