PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion material in a high yield.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a thermoelectric conversion material according to an embodiment includes: a step S10 of preparing a plurality of raw materials; a step S30 of filling the raw materials in a crucible; a step S50 of generating alloy powders; and a step S70 of forming a thermoelectric conversion material. The thermoelectric conversion material is composed of a plurality of elements. Each raw material is composed of a collection of particles containing one or more elements. The plurality of raw materials respectively have different compositions. The step S30 fills the plurality of raw materials in a crucible. The step S50 generates alloy powders by heating the plurality of raw materials in the crucible. The step S70 forms a thermoelectric conversion material by sintering the alloy powders. The step S30 forms a plurality of layers composed of a plurality of raw materials in a crucible, and fills the raw materials in the crucible so that a first element having the largest volume content in the thermoelectric conversion materials among the plurality of elements is included in two or more layers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
