PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact electrophotographic photoreceptor that can achieve dispersibility, wear resistance, and electrical characteristics of silica particles, and can save energy in a high-speed image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: There is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor including a charge generating layer and a charge transport layer in this order on a conductive substrate, where the charge transport layer is the outermost layer and contains a charge transport material, binder resin, resin having a polysiloxane structure, and silica particles; the resin having a polysiloxane structure is a polycarbonate resin or a polyester resin; the average primary particle diameter of the silica particles is 0.2 μm or more and 0.9 μm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
