PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health management device and health management program that can appropriately manage an amount of consumption of calories of an individual and caloric intake thereof by grasping a behavior of the individual.SOLUTION: A health management device comprises: a terminal location information acquisition unit 212 that acquires terminal location information indicative of a location of terminal devices to be operated by users; an operation signal acquisition unit 212 that acquires an operation signal indicative of a signal corresponding to the operation of the user; a determination unit 214 that selects menu information on a cooking on the basis of the operation signal acquired by the operation signal acquisition unit, and determines a shop capable of providing the cooking to be indicated in the menu information; and a determination unit 218 that determines whether the user operating the terminal device is present in the shop on the basis of both of shop location information indicative of a location of the shop determined determination unit and the terminal location information acquired by the terminal location information acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
