PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of inspecting a liquid sample, which can easily inspect a liquid sample in a microscopic reaction field in a micro fluid device while properly controlling the inflow and outflow of the liquid sample for the reaction field.SOLUTION: The method comprises: with the use of a micro fluid device 10, introducing the liquid sample into a first space S1, and letting some of the liquid sample flow through a first opening Ta into a microscopic penetration hole T and come in contact with a film which is formed on an inner side surface Y of the microscopic penetration hole T and which can directly or indirectly capture a detection target substance that may be included in the liquid sample, thereby coupling the detection target substance with the film; and discharging the liquid sample out of the first space S1 and subsequently letting some liquid sample temporarily remaining in the microscopic penetration hole T after the discharge flow through the first opening Ta of the microscopic penetration hole T into the first space S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
