PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an exhaust manifold.SOLUTION: Casting is performed by pouring molten metal into a space formed of a mold composed of a drag (C1) and a cope (C2), and a core sandwiched between the drag (C1) and the cope (C2). The core has an exhaust passage core (24) forming an exhaust passage and a medium passage core forming a medium passage, the medium passage core is divided into two pieces in the flow direction of exhaust, and constituted of a first core (20) and a second core (21) which are arranged in a non-contact manner with each other, and two or more of baseboards (11H, 12H and 13H) which are fixed to the drag and the cope by coming in contact with one another are extended at the first core (20) and the second core (21). |
