PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling planting device capable of surely holding a seedling even when culture soil is fragile in order to solve a problem of conventional seedling planting device which has a seedling planting rod including a fork shaped seedling pick up finger member for nipping a seedling from a mat seedling, is not capable of holding the seedling if the culture soil bundling the root of the seedling is fragile, and causes a missing plant.SOLUTION: The seedling planting device comprises a seedling planting rod (52) for picking up the seedling from a seedling mounting table (51) and planting it to a field. The seedling planting rod (52) comprises: a seedling pick up member (101) for nipping one culm of seedling; a pushing out member (102a) for pushing out and planting the seedling nipped by the seedling pick up member (101) to the field; and a seedling holding member (103) for holding the seedling in cooperation with the seedling pick up member (101). |
