PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition and a molded article for a light reflecting part, that have a low density, an excellent balance between heat resistance and flow property, an extremely less white spots on a molded article surface after aluminum vapor deposition as well as an excellent aluminum vapor deposition surface appearance, and also an excellent retention molding stability.SOLUTION: A resin composition according to the present invention contains: a polyphenylene ether of 60 to 95 mass% (A); a styrene-acrylonitrile resin (AS resin) with an acrylonitrile (AN) content of 16 to 45 mass%, of 15 to 1 mas% (B); and a styrene-acrylonitrile resin (AS resin) with an acrylonitrile (AN) content of 5 to 11 mass%, of 39 to 3 mass% (C). Also, a molded article for a light reflecting part according to the present invention comprises the resin composition. |
