PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation program and simulation device capable of suppressing the calculation cost of an electromagnetic field analysis by a three-dimensional numerical analysis tool and deriving accurate clock skew statistical data at a high speed.SOLUTION: The simulation program is used for analyzing the propagation delay time difference occurring between differential wires of a wiring board using glass cloth of a lattice-like structure. In this simulation program, a computer converts the internal structure when a differential wire pair (two wires constitutes one set) is in parallel with any one of the longitudinal direction and lateral direction of the lattice-like structure into a three-dimensional electromagnetic field analysis model in a predetermined base unit, determines at least two positional relationships between the center line of the lattice of the lattice-like structure in the three-dimensional electromagnetic field analysis model of the wiring board and the center line of the parallel differential wire pair (two wires constitutes one set), calculates a clock skew between the differential wires at each position, and combines a plurality of calculated clock skews to calculate a clock skew distribution on any wiring board. |
