A piercing and milling machine, comprising a machine frame (1), a guide rod (2), a front column (3), a middle column (4), a rear column (5), a front sliding plate (6), a middle sliding plate (7), a rear sliding plate (8), a piercing cylinder (9), a piercing mandrel (10), an pressing piece (11), a workpiece (12), a core waste pushing cylinder (13), a feed support cylinder (14), a descaling cylinder (15), a descaling knife (16), a scale waste pushing cylinder (17) and a control system. The present invention also discloses an operating method of the piercing and descaling machine, comprising: controlling, by the piercing cylinder, the piercing mandrel to complete piercing of the workpiece, and then driving the descaling knife to descale the workpiece by the descaling cylinder. The present invention can realize continuous manufacturing, thus significantly reducing the manufacturing costs. |
