PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-saving apparatus that is simply attached to the outside of a single lever combination faucet spreading among ordinary households.SOLUTION: A water-saving apparatus 1, which is used by being externally attached and fixed to a single lever combination faucet existing in many of conventional homes, comprises a column part 4 that has at least one set of arm parts 5a and 5b, a bellows-shaped neck part 3 and an umbrella part 2. The arm parts 5a and 5b are provided with means capable of being fixed to a combination faucet trunk. The neck part 3 is formed of a freely-bendable and fixable material.
