PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polysiloxane forming an excellent hard coat layer excellent in productivity and having both of high weather resistance and excellent scratch resistance capable of withstanding long term outdoor use, a resin composition containing the polysiloxane, a coating and a laminate.SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by providing polysiloxane (a1) having a group with polymerizable double bond bonded to an alkylene group having 6 to 13 carbon atoms. The above problem is solved by providing the polysiloxane (a1) to which further a vinyl polymer (a2) is bonded.SELECTED DRAWING: None
