PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of substation facilities in which an electrical continuity test is carried out in a control circuit without relying on visual inspection or manual work by a tester.SOLUTION: A control device 1 is designed to place an electrical continuity tester 3 in each location of a control circuit 2. The electrical continuity tester 3 is provided with a detection unit for detecting electrical continuity that is exemplified by a set of a metal parallel plate 31, a battery 32, and a drive circuit 33. The electrical continuity tester 3 is also provided with a transmitter 34 for transmitting by wireless a signal that includes identification information 34a inherent to each electrical continuity tester 3 in response to the detection of electrical continuity by the detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
