DEVICE FOR MEASURING DEPTH OF PENETRATION OF PILE

PURPOSE: A device for measuring depth of penetration of pile is provided to continuously measure during driving of the pile, to improve accuracy of measurement and to reduce time for construction. CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a disproportionate damped vibration device(300) installed on a pile hammer(20) of a pile driver and comprising a housing(301) having a space(302) therein; a linear variable resistance coil(303) installed in the space of the housing; and a displacement element(304) fixed on a lower end of a spring(305) supported by an upper end of the space and moved up and down by inertia during driving work to measure depth of penetration by detecting a position of the displacement element.
