PURPOSE: Provided are a UV-curable resin composition for coating iron material and a UV-curable coating steel sheet excellent in hardness and processability, which is produced by using the UV-curable resin composition. CONSTITUTION: The UV-curable resin composition comprises: a mixture comprising 40-60pts.wt. of an acrylate oligomer and 40-60pts.wt. of a reactive diluent comprising 30-40pts.wt. of trimethylol propane triacrylate(TMPTA) and 60-70pts.wt. of isobornyl acrylate(IBOA); 3-5pts.wt. of an acrylic acid or methacrylic acid compound as an adhesive; 3-8pts.wt. of 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-propane-1-one as a photo-initiator. And the UV-curable coating steel sheet is produced by coating a steel sheet with the UV-curable resin composition and then exposing in the wavelength range of 250-400nm for 5-30 seconds in a UV-curable device.
