HEAT RESISTANT INSULATION COATED CONDUCTOR AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation coated conductor covered by glass based insulation material of high heat resistance with excellent adhesiveness between the insulation coating and the conductor, as well as manufacturing method of the same.

SOLUTION: The heat resistant insulation coated conductor equipped with a conductor and a glass layer coating its surface is manufactured by intercalating inorganic fine particles between the conductor and the glass layer, or by covering the conductor by forming the glass layer on the surface after applying the inorganic fine particles on the surface of the conductor.
