<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To considerably block interference to effects of a drug to be put into a syringe which can be previously filled resulting from interaction with an insufficiently bonded silicone oil. <P>SOLUTION: (a) A syringe body which is equipped with a cylindrical barrel section having a first opened end part for housing a syringe plunger and a second opened end part for releasing a content is manufactured, (b) inner surfaces of each syringe body are cleaned, (c) at least partial areas of the inner surfaces of each syringe body are coated with a given amount of a silicone oil or a silicone emulsion for siliconization, (c1) the amount of the coated silicone is fixed by heat treatment at 120-350°C, (d) at least a part of silicone which is not covalently-bonded or coordinately-bonded is removed, and (e) the syringe body is wrapped, with the proviso that the steps (c) to (e) are carried out in a clean room under control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
