PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counter device for a pneumatic tool capable of being inexpensively and easily applied to an existing pneumatic tool and having small possibility of erroneous operation. SOLUTION: The counter device 1 is connected to the pneumatic tool 6 by a coupler 3 and is connected to a pressurized gas feed source 12 by a coupler 4. Every when the pneumatic tool 6 is operated, when the gas flowing in a gas conduit 16 between the couplers 3, 4 indicates flow rate variation exceeding a predetermined value, a gas flow rate sensor 17 transmits a signal to a counter 18. When the predetermined count number is attained, a sound/voice generation means 20 is operated to inform a worker of it.
