PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery device with a cutting function capable of effectively cutting a proper quantity with the least force in spite of a hard solid material so that cutting power added from the outside for cutting the solid material is conveyed to a cutting section of the solid material without losing as much as possible and simplifying a delivery operation of the solid material and giving a pattern hole on a flake of the machined solid material. SOLUTION: The delivery device with a cutting function comprises an outer container with a bottom, an inner container with a cutting means for cutting the solid material into a suitable size and shape, and a rising bottom with a through-hole which has a spiral projecting ridge and penetrates through to the front and back surfaces. The solid material is fixed on the rising bottom, the rising bottom is made to ascend by relatively turing the inner container or outer container in a designated direction, and the solid material can be cut at a suitable quantity.
