A form assembly using form panels made of corrugated cardboards is provided to allow workers to process the form panels easily at a site. A form assembly using form panels made of corrugated cardboards comprises a floor panel(10), inner wall panels(20), outer wall panels(30), and a support unit. Made of corrugated cardboards, the floor panel is mounted on a floor joist(80). The inner wall panels are installed on a slab concrete(100) cured on the floor panel. The outer wall panel is installed outside the inner wall panel separately to make a space for pouring concrete. Made of corrugated cardboards, the support unit is installed on the concrete slab to support the inner wall panel indoors and resist lateral pressure of the concrete poured in the space between the inner and outer wall panels. The support unit includes a base(41), a vertical plate(42), an inclined plate(43), and reinforcing plates(44). The base of the support unit is placed on the slab concrete. The vertical plate, which is attached to the base vertically, contacts with the inner wall panel. The inclined plate, which is attached to the base, extends upwards obliquely. The reinforcing plates are disposed between the vertical plate and the inclined plate in zigzag.
