PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a more compact amplifier circuit compared with a case where passive element type inductance is used, without deteriorating stability in the circuit. SOLUTION: An amplifier includes: a signal amplifying semiconductor transistor 1; and a stabilizing circuit for stably operating the signal amplifying semiconductor transistor. The stabilizing circuit includes a semiconductor transistor 7 for stabilization which is connected between the grounding terminal 4 of the signal amplifying semiconductor transistor 1 and the ground 6 and where output impedance is increased with the increase of a frequency.
