The present invention provides a public facility free use system interconnected to a mobile questionnaire, which includes a guidance board for displaying a barcode including access information to a questionnaire webpage; a mobile terminal for accessing the questionnaire webpage by scanning the barcode, receiving a response for the questionnaire, and transmitting the response to a main server; and a main server for transmitting the questionnaire webpage to the mobile terminal accessing the webpage using the barcode, receiving the response for the questionnaire from the mobile terminal, issuing a public facility free use coupon, and transmitting the coupon to the mobile terminal, and a method thereof. |
