A cradle arrangement for holding intumescent material next to an electrical back box 2 comprises a back surface 11 with legs 12 extending to one side of the back surface, the back surface being defined by an intumescent material layer 8 and the legs configured in use to retain the intumescent material layer adjacent to the back box. The cradle may go inside or outside the back box. The intumescent material may be held in place by a dimple (24, Fig 2), adhesive, rivets or stitching (34, Fig 3), possibly combined with pegs (35, Fig 3). |
