PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade capable of suppressing any longitudinal tear of a roll-shaped packaged article while maintaining the cutting properties of the packaged article, and to provide a packaging container equipped with the cutting blade. SOLUTION: In a center area CA of the cutting blade 20, an oblique line of a large tooth 21 (a right ridge 21C of the large tooth) and an oblique line of a medium tooth 22 (a left ridge 22E of the medium tooth) are connected to each other via an arc. The distance between a first reference point P1 at which extensions of the oblique lines are intersected and the arc is expressed as the first smooth distance D1, the distance between the first reference point P1 and the first straight line L1 is expressed as the right side large tooth height H1C, and the distance between the first reference point P1 and the second straight line L2 is expressed as the left side medium tooth height H2E. The ratio of the first smooth distance D1 to the right side large tooth height H1C, and the ratio of the first smooth distance D1 to the left side medium tooth height H2E are 5-40%, respectively.
