METHOD FOR TREATING OR PREVENTING DISEASES OF PERIODONTIUM IN CHILDREN INHABITING TERRITORIES CONTAMINATED WITH XENOBIOTICS

The invention relates to medicine, namely to the dentistry, in particular to a method for treating or preventing the diseases of periodontium in the children inhabiting the territories contaminated with xenobiotics. The method comprises the use of the oral baths with 15 % aqueous solution of antiseptic 3-4 times a day for 10 days. One hour following each oral bath, the combined drug containing lysozyme and dequalinium chloride, is taken in a form of the oral dispersible table. Since the first day of the treatment, hydrogel of methylsilicic acid is taken as a sorbent in 1.5-2 hours prior to the meals (used topically in oral cavity). Then the maintenance therapy is provided for 30 days (multivitamine complex and combined drug containing of calcium and vitamin D). If required, the maintenance therapy is repeated twice a year in the autumn and the spring.
