METHOD FOR THE PREPARATION OF POLYPHENOL COMPLEX WITH HEPATOPROTECTOR ACTION OF GALLANT SOLDIER HERB

The invention relates to pharmacy and medicine, in particular to methods for the preparation of bioactive substances complexes with hepatoprotective action from plant raw material for use as drug substances when producing preparations of various dosage forms. The method is carried out by extraction of gallant soldier herb (Galinsoga parviflora Cav.) with 10-tuple amount of 69-71% ethanol for 12-13 hours. The extract prepared is concentrated up to 1/20 of initial volume, purified with chloroform at ratio of water residue and chloroform as 1:1 and dried.
