摘要 Disclosed is an apparatus for detecting fine dust and microorganisms, which can remarkably increase a detection performance for fine dust and microorganisms by minimizing the introduction of surrounding light into many focal points formed in a detection process. To this end, the apparatus comprises a sample chamber body, a light emitting part, and a light receiving part. The sample chamber body includes: a sample chamber having an oval-shaped interior and into which a sample to be measured is introduced; a light irradiation hole through which incident light is irradiated; and a first light emission hole and a second light emission hole for the emission of incident light irradiated on the sample. The light emitting part irradiates the light irradiation part with the incident light, and blocks surrounding light introduced to the incident light. The light receiving part transmits the light emitted from the first light emission hole after the separation of a path into a first path and a second path, detects scattered light from emitted light transmitted through the first path, and further detects fluorescence light by blocking surrounding light introduced into the emitted light transmitted through the second path.
