A method to forecast the grade of quality of milk. Filtering elements are used [GOST 12026-76 Laboratory filtering paper. Specifications], and the obtained values are interpreted according to the 5-score scale, which provides classification of the degree of pollution and correspondingly to that determining the degree of quality of the obtained milk: I (perfect) – milk of the "Extra" grade, II (excellent) – milk of the high grade, III (good) – milk of the first grade, IV (unsatisfactory) – milk of the second grade, V (satisfactorily) – off-grade milk. |
