The invention relates to powder metallurgy. A device comprises a die with punches, which is mounted in an airtight chamber formed by two half-chambers, two current-conducting plates with electrically-conductive inserts formed with channels for a cooling fluid and located in half-chambers above and under the die and one of which is movable along the axis of device. The device is equipped with an electrodischarge generator of elastic vibrations with a piston, wherein the electrodischarge generator of elastic vibrations is connected to one of the half-chambers, and the piston is located in the half-chamber to be moved along the axis of device, and thereon through an insulator a current-conducting plate is secured. Technical result: possibility to combine effects of high temperatures, static and shock loading on powder materials. |
