PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an illuminating apparatus capable of preventing decrease of luminous flux maintenance factor of a light source.SOLUTION: An illuminating apparatus 10 includes at least: a light source 1 having one solid light emitting element 4; a lighting unit 2 capable of activating the light source 1 by outputting the power to the light source 1; and a control unit 3 that controls the lighting unit 2. The control unit 3 reduces the power output to the lighting unit 2 based on accumulated activation time of the light source 1. |
