PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable cooking stove device in which a windshield is included and comprising a wind shield wall material enclosing a cooking stove main body to realize a superior wind avoiding function and a ground-contact stability is remarkably improved by functioning the wind shield wall material in place of legs for the cooking stove.SOLUTION: This invention comprises a cylindrical or a C-shaped windshield wall material 2 as seen from a top plan view that can be installed on a ground surface 1 and a cooking stove main body 3 arranged in the windshield wall material 2. The cooking stove main body 3 is constituted to have a plurality of trivet portions 6 protruded at a burner part 4. The trivet portions 6 can be removably engaged with the windshield wall material 2, the plurality of trivet portions 6 are engaged with the windshield wall material 2 to cause the cooking stove main body 3 to be arranged in the windshield wall material 2 under a state in which the burner part 4 is floated up on the ground surface 1.
