PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus bar fitting structure capable of preventing a short circuit of the bas bar from being occurred in a simple structure and a manufacturing method for the bus bar fitting structure.SOLUTION: The bus bar fitting structure 1 comprises: multiple bus bars 20 which are formed by molding a tabular conductive member in a predetermined shape and are conductive paths; and a fitting destination 50 of the multiple bus bars 20. The multiple bus bars 20 are integrally connected by connection parts 21 each having a bridge shape to form a connected bus bar 20A, and the connected portions 21 are disconnected after the connected bus bar 20A is arranged in the fitting destination 50. In one edge part 21a of each of the connection parts 21, a disconnecting notch for disconnecting each of the connection parts 21 is formed. In the other edge part 21b of each of the connection parts 21, a bending notch 23 for bending each of the connection parts 21 is formed. The other edge part 21b is bent at a position in which the bending notch 23 is formed so that the one edge part 21a disconnected at a position in which the disconnecting notch 22 is formed is apart from the bus bar 20 disconnected at the connection part 21. |
