Compounds of general formula (I) where R1 is (A) X1 -CONH-, X2 is -NR12CO-, wherein R12 is hydrogen or methyl; X3 is chosen in the group consisting of -NR12CO-, NR12CONH-, where R12 is as defined above; A is (B) where B, C, D, and E, independently from each other, may be CH or N, R2 is chosen in the group consisting of (C) considering that when one of the variable B, C, D, E is N, the others are CH. The compounds of the present invention have shown an antagonist activity of the action of the P substance, neurokinin A, and neurokinin B.
