PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing means which mediates a use right permission contract by exchanging information regarding an information database(DB) gathered from an information DB use permission wisher and an information DB use wisher through a communication network. SOLUTION: The information processor which mediates the use right permission contract of the information DB comprises a management database 6 for an information DB for permission stored with information on information DB permission wishers and property information regarding the permission information DB, a management database 7 for use wisher information DB stored with information on information DB use wishers and property information regarding a use desire information DB, a use desire information DB retrieving means 9 which helps an information DB permission wisher to perform retrieval from the use desire management DB, a permission information DB retrieving means 8 which helps an information DB use wisher to perform retrieval from the permission management DB, and a key information issuing means which allows access to the use desire management DB and permission management DB. |
