PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably rationalize bill collating work and unique numbering work performed manually. SOLUTION: This system has an MICR reader means for reading MICR printing on the surface of a bill P, a data display means for calling registered data corresponding to a bill number read by the MICR reader means from a host computer 3 and displaying these data on a terminal computer screen 5, a video display means for reading display information on the surface of the bill P and displaying video on the terminal computer screen 5, and a collating means for parallel displaying this video and the data on the same screen. Further, the system has a printing means for printing the bar code of a unique number on the surface of the bill coincident with the registered data as a result of collation and a bar code reading means for reading the bar code printed by this printing means. |
