PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared detector capable of increasing the sensibility.SOLUTION: An infrared detector 20 comprises a pyroelectric substrate 2g having two light receiving parts 2r formed thereon. In the infrared detector 20, the pyroelectric substrate 2g includes holes 2s which are formed to enclose the light receiving part 2r excepting a part of the light receiving parts 2r in a plane view. The light receiving part 2r comprises: a first electrode 2h and a second electrode 2i which are formed facing each other at the front side and the rear side of the pyroelectric substrate 2g respectively; and a part 2gg formed between the first electrode 2h and the second electrode 2i on the pyroelectric substrate 2g. The infrared detector 20 includes an infrared absorption layer 26 formed to cover the entire area enclosed by the holes 2s in a plane view at the front side of the pyroelectric substrate 2g. The infrared absorption layer 26 is a resin layer containing at least one kind of conductive fine powder dispersed in the resin, which is selected from a group of carbon-based fine powder, metal-based fine powder and metal oxide-based fine powder. |
