PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen generation apparatus capable of being operated stably by preventing clogging in a recycle gas flow path, and a power generation system.SOLUTION: The hydrogen generation apparatus includes: a reformer 1; a hydro-desulfurizer 2; a hydrogen-containing gas flow path 3; and a recycle gas flow path 4. The end part on the upstream side of the recycle gas flow path 4 is formed to project to the hydrogen-containing gas flow path side from a connection part. Thereby, it becomes possible to prevent inflow of condensed water stuck to the wall surface of the hydrogen-containing gas flow path 3 into the projected recycle gas flow path 4 and water clogging by condensed water to the end part of the recycle gas flow path 4, where is kept warm by a gas flowing through the hydrogen-containing gas flow path 3. |
