摘要 PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to prevent the degradation of display quality by preventing that an organic insulation film contacted with a signal line of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is separated from the signal line. CONSTITUTION: The first substrate(100) has a TFT(120), an organic insulation film(130), an adhesion improvement layer(140) and the first electrode(150). The TFT includes the first metal wire, a channel layer, the second metal wire and the third metal wire(124). The first metal wire is formed on the first transparent substrate(110). The channel layer covers a part of the first metal wire. The second metal wire and the third metal wire are contacted with the channel layer. The organic insulation film is formed on the first transparent substrate to cover the TFT. The adhesion improvement layer formed between the second and third metal wires and the organic insulation film improves the adhesion of the organic insulation film and the second and third metal wires. The first electrode receives voltage from the third metal wire through a contact hole formed in the organic insulation film. The second substrate(200) includes the second transparent substrate(210) and the second electrode(220). The second transparent substrate is opposite with the first transparent substrate. The second electrode is formed on a place opposite with the first electrode. A liquid crystal(300) is injected between the first substrate and the second substrate.
