<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete block having elasticity and to produce the block at a low cost. SOLUTION: This concrete block having elasticity contains regenerated butyl rubber particles 2 obtd. by regenerating vulcanized butyl rubber powder, in a concrete which is prepared by hardening a mixture of cement, water and aggregate. In the production method, regenerated butyl rubber particles 2 are prepared and mixed into a raw concrete containing cement, water and aggregate and then the mixture is molded. The compsn. of the raw concrete is preferably a water-permeable compsn.</p> |
