<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate power by natural energy and buoyancy and to compress air by power caused by buoyancy and stockpile the air. <P>SOLUTION: Water or air is jetted out upwardly from the water bottom to tips of four outside feet of piston floats of beaded belt-shaped float main bodies. Due to the water pressure and buoyancy, the piston floats are lifted up inside cylinders. Air is sucked from outside via air pipes incorporated into the float bodies, and the buoyancy is increased. Due to this, the beaded belt-shaped float bodies can be floated in sequence. On the water surface and in the air, the extended piston floats are contracted by springs vertically incorporated into the centers of the float main bodies. At the same time, air is sucked from air suction/exhaust cylinders to supply air to other float cylinders. By rotating a conduction gear under the bottom of a capsule tunnel box, power is generated. The power is used for generating electric power above the water surface via a conduction wire, operating a compressor and generating compression air.
