<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglare antireflection film which has a low reflectance, uniform film thickness and no irregularity, to provide a manufacturing method of the antiglare antireflection film and to provide a polarizing plate and a display device using the antiglare antireflection film. <P>SOLUTION: In the antiglare antireflection film, a hard coat layer consisting essentially of an active energy ray curable resin is formed on a transparent film support, the surface of the hard coat layer has a fine rugged shape and a low refractive index layer is formed on the surface of the fine rugged shape of the hard coat layer. Therein, the low refractive index layer includes hollow spherical silica-based fine particles which have an outer shell layer and the inner part made to be porous and hollow, and the hollow spherical silica-based fine particles exist in a larger amount on the surface side of the low refractive index layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
