A matching method between a building address and a BTS(Base Transceiver System) to measure mobile communication network speech quality is provided to be capable of utilizing plural terminals that general customers possess as measurement equipments, thus time and a cost consumed for measuring speech quality can be reduced. By interworking with a COIS(Customer Oriented Information System), information on a customer who agrees to quality measurement is stored in an RFQM(Radio Network Quality Measurement System)(S100). An operator of a mobile communication system extracts customer information in which a residential place address corresponds to a measurement target region, from the customer information of the RFQM(S110). The current terminal position of an extracted measurement target is inquired about by interworking with an MSC(Mobile Switching Center)(S120). If a BTS ID indicative of a position of the measurement target terminal is matched with an address of a measured customer, it is decided that the customer is located at the address(S130).
