An intake manifold for a vehicle is provided to mix EGR gas and intake air regardless of variation of flux of intake air and uniformly distributing mixture gas to each runner. An intake manifold(100) comprises an EGR gas mixer(20) and a plenum chamber(10). The plenum chamber has one side with a tube-shaped inlet(11) and the other side with a plurality of runners(12). The EGR gas mixer is arranged at the inlet of the plenum chamber. The EGR gas mixer has an intake air inlet(23) and an EGR gas inlet(22). A vortex flow generation unit is formed integrally with an inner surface of the EGR gas mixer in such a manner that the vortex flow generation unit mixes EGR gas and intake air into vortex flow. The plenum chamber has a flow channel increasing as it comes from the inlet thereof, so as to uniformly distribute mixture gas to each runner.
