<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access information management system for automatically receiving access information from clients and accurately and rapidly carrying out processing corresponding to the access information. <P>SOLUTION: When access information including the client's request items is transmitted to a Web server 3 from a client information terminal 4 through a network, the Web server 3 transmits the received access information to a management server 2, and the access information and its history are stored in an access information database 25 of the server. Thereby, follow-up information corresponding to the request items included in the received access information is automatically generated, and the follow-up information and its history are stored in the access information database 25.
