PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable-capacity capacitor array that is excellent in controllability of a capacity value and has no change in tunability, and a variable-capacity capacitor relay. SOLUTION: The variable-capacity capacitor array is provided with a plurality of variable-capacity capacitor strings and a common signal terminal connected with each first terminal of a plurality of the variable-capacity capacitor strings. Each variable-capacity capacitor string is provided with a variable-capacity capacitor and an individual signal terminal connected to a second terminal of the variable-capacity capacitor. The variable-capacity capacitor is configured so that a plurality of variable-capacity elements are connected between a first terminal and a second terminal in series, and also, each first individual bias line and each second individual bias line are alternately connected to the following connection points in turn from the first terminal side, that is, a connection point between the first terminal and the first variable-capacity element from the first terminal, a connection point between each variable-capacity element, and a connection point between the second terminal and the first variable-capacity element from the second terminal.
