PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable metal floor post for a building which can be manufactured at a low cost as the number of parts is small. SOLUTION: A base part and a receiving part are prepared by means of drawing, and an adjusting bolt is made in a manner that both ends thereof are threaded in opposite directions. The base part and the receiving part are combined with the adjusting bolt, by which safety can be assured and the cost is kept low as the number of parts and the manufacturing process thereof are reduced, while the function similar to a conventional floor post is fulfilled.
