PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a temperature of an object to be heated in the whole region in a heating chamber.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes: an infrared sensor for detecting a temperature of an object (15) to be heated; a drive unit for rotating the infrared sensor; and a state of an object to be heated determination unit for determining the state of the object (15) to be heated based on a signal from the infrared sensor. A whole temperature detection range in a heating chamber by a rotating infrared sensor comprises a plurality of temperature detection regions (331-333). Each of the plurality of temperature detection regions (331-333) is set in such a manner that a reference temperature for determination of the state of the object (15) to be heated by the state of an object to be heated determination unit becomes higher temperature according to the increase in distance from the infrared sensor. The state of an object to be heated determination unit determines the state of the object (15) to be heated by comparing a detection temperature based on the signal from the infrared sensor with the reference temperature set in the temperature detection regions (331-333) corresponding to the detection temperature.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
