PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsional vibration reduction device which inhibits limitation on a transmission gear ratio to improve a vibration suppression function at a low rotation number.SOLUTION: A torsional vibration reduction device includes: a planetary gear mechanism 3 having a carrier 7 holding a stepped pinion 4 and connected to an output member 2, a first sun gear 8 configured to engage with a first pinion gear 5, a ring gear 9 configured to engage with the first pinion gear 5, and a second sun gear 10 configured to engage with a second pinion gear; a spring damper mechanism 11 configured to connect the ring gear 9 to an input member 12; a clutch mechanism 13 selectively connecting the second sun gear 10 to the input member 12; and a brake mechanism 14 selectively fixing the first sun gear 8. A least one of the ring gear 9 connected to the input member 12 through the spring damper mechanism 11 and the first sun gear 8 selectively fixed by the brake mechanism 14 is formed so as to generate an inertial force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
